What time does the daycare start receiving children, and if pickup is late, will there be an overtime fee?
Our operational hours are from 07:00 AM to 06:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesian Time). An overtime fee of 20,000 IDR per 15 minutes will be charged if drop-off is before 07:00 AM or pickup is after 06:00 PM.
If I want to survey the daycare, can I come directly? Can it be done on weekends?
For surveys, appointments are available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM, while we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Is there a free trial available?
We currently do not offer a free trial for daycare. Parents can opt for daily or weekly daycare before joining monthly.
After graduating from Lovely Sunshine's K2 program, can children proceed directly to elementary school?
Yes, our graduates can continue their education at elementary schools such as Singapore International School, Santa Theresia, Al-Azhar, BPK Penabur, Yasporbi, Santa Laurensia, etc.
What language is used on a daily basis?
We use a bilingual approach between Indonesian and English, although for children under 2 years old, priority is given to using the mother tongue first.
Do you provide baby food and children's meals?
We provide complimentary baby food with a healthy menu without added sugar, salt, or MSG, freshly prepared by our in-house cook. The same applies to children’s meals.
Is it possible to provide breastfeeding through means other than bottles?
Our baby caregivers at Lovely Sunshine are trained in providing breastfeeding through means other than bottles and are also knowledgeable about proper breast milk management.
What is the caregiver-to-child ratio?
For babies, the ratio is 1:2, while for classes Jr. Toddler – K2, it’s 1:3-5.
What is the registration process?
Parents will be provided with a link/QR code for the registration form, which needs to be filled out before starting to enroll their child, along with completing administrative processes and necessary documents.
What items need to be brought along?
Personal items for daily use by the child such as clothes, toiletries, towels, diapers, bottles, etc., are necessary.
